In connection with the entry into force of the EU Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data on 25 May 2018, in short: RODO *,
We would like to inform you about the update of our Privacy Policy, which includes information on:
· Protection of personal data
· The scope, purpose and method of collecting personal data,
· Basics of data collection,
· Your powers to control, access your data and correct them, as well as the right to delete them
According to art. 13 para. 1 and par. 2 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (Journal of Laws of 2016/01/1991) (hereinafter "RODO"), we would like to inform you that:
The administrator of your personal data is Daniel Marciniak, based in Kalisz, Lodzka 173, (hereinafter referred to as the Administrator).
We collect the following personal data:
• first and last name or first and last name along with the company name and NIP number,
• address, address for shipping, if it is different from the registered address,
• e-mail address,
• contact telephone number
The purpose of collecting personal data is:
• fulfillment of the order, including allowing you to place an order, conclusion and performance of a sales contract, delivery of ordered goods / services
• contacting for a purpose related to the execution of orders,
• handling your queries and applications,
• submitting individual offers at your request,
• ensuring the possibility of making payments for completed transactions,
• enabling registration and logging into the account to monitor orders and their history,
• direct marketing - only on the basis of a separate express consent of yours,
• responding to complaints within the time and form provided for by law,
• performing legal obligations by the Administrator, including issuing and storing invoices and accounting documents, tax obligations
The collection of personal data is limited to the minimum necessary to achieve a given goal. Each time, the scope of required data is indicated before the provision of a specific Electronic Service or the conclusion of a Sales Agreement.
Sources of data acquisition:
• website by voluntarily entering information in forms,
• e-mail address via voluntarily given information, e.g. in connection with a submitted inquiry,
• a visit to the headquarters of the company by providing data in order to conclude a sale and purchase agreement,
• business cards,
• a third party - eg when providing data for shipment to another address
Recipients of personal data:
external entities processing data on our behalf - the hoster, entities responsible for the delivery to you, the entity responsible for making electronic payments, the entity supporting the system of surveys to send e-mails surveying customers' satisfaction with purchases in the store if you expressed / You have given your consent in the scope and not longer than it is necessary to obtain the goal,
Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country / international organization.
Your personal data may be made available to entities authorized on the basis of legal provisions, e.g. Tax Office, bank, justice - to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of the given disclosure.
The right to control, access your data and correct it
You have the right to inspect your personal data, data processing controls that apply to you, in particular you may:
• object to the processing of personal data when the processing is based on a legitimate interest or for statistical purposes, and the opposition is justified by the particular situation in which you found yourself,
• withdraw consent to the processing of data if there is no other legal basis for their processing,
• demand correction of data if they are incomplete, out of date, untrue,
• request removal of personal data for the following reasons:
- personal data are not needed by the entity to achieve the purposes for which they were collected,
- due to the withdrawal of consent for data processing and there is no other legal basis for their processing,
- because of opposition to the processing of his personal data,
- personal data have been processed in the wrong, unlawful manner,
- personal data must be removed in order to comply with the legal obligation.
• file a complaint to the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data based in Warsaw at ul. Stawki 2, if you feel that the processing of your personal data concerning you violates the provisions of the GDPR;
